Furosemide Is A Loop Diuretic That Works By Increasing The Amount Of Water And Electrolytes That Are Excreted In The Urine.Spironolactone Is A Potassium-Sparing Diuretic That Works By Blocking The Effects Of Aldosterone, A Hormone That Causes The Body To Retain Sodium And Water.
