Forxiga 5 mg 28 Tablets

Treat type 2 diabetes in adults and children aged 10 years and older
Treat heart failure in adts (aged 18 years and older) with symptoms due to a weak pump function of the heart
Treat chronic kidney disease in adts with reduced kidney function

Dosage and usage:

Take Forxiga orally, once daily with or without food
The usual starting dose of Forxiga is 5 mg once daily
Your doctor may increase your dose to 10 Mg once daily, depending on your blood sugar levels and other factors
