How to use:

1. Apply Generously: Cover all exposed skin 15-30 minutes before going outside.
2. Re-apply Often: Every 2 hours, or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
3. Choose Wisely: Use broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+ or SPF 50+) suites for your skin and activity.

Note: Water resistant sunscreen stays effective for 40 minutes in the water and Very water resistant sunscreen stays effective for 80 minutes in the water and will need to be re-applied.
