Directions:Take Apexidone exactly as prescribed by your doctor.Do not take more or less than the prescribed dose, or take it more often than prescribed.You can take Apexidone with or without food.If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regar dosing schede. Do not double the dose.
Active ingredient:Risperidone 1 mg
Dosage:The usual starting dose of Apexidone for adts with schizophrenia is 2 mg per day. The dose may be increased gradually, up to a maximum of 16 mg per day.The usual starting dose of Apexidone for adts with bipolar disorder is 1 mg or 2 mg per day. The dose may be increased gradually, up to a maximum of 8 mg per day.The usual starting dose of Apexidone for children with autistic disorder is 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg per day. The dose may be increased gradually, up to a maximum of 6 mg per day.
