What is choriomon medicine?
Choriomon is an injection given to stimulate ovulation in women who suffer from delayed pregnancy. It is called the trigger injection , as it stimulates the release of the egg after it has fully matured from the corpus luteum (follicle). Here, the egg is ready for fertilization if there is a sperm near it.
This happens after the egg reaches a suitable size for ovulation, which ranges between 18-22 ml.
Couples are advised to have intercourse daily starting from the day before receiving Choriomon until ovulation is confirmed. The woman usually receives the Choriomon injection on day 12 of the menstrual cycle.
