Co-Dilatrol with Carvedilol & Hydrochlorothiazide

A combination of carvedilol and hydrochlorothiazide. Used to treat high blood pressure. Also used after a heart attack to improve the chance of survival if your heart is not pumping well.

how to use

Take one tablet by mouth once daily. May be taken with or without food.
