-Allergic rhinitis (perennial or seasonal): 10 mg once daily for adults. And for the Infants ≥6 months and Children <6 years: 4 mg once daily and for the Children ≥6 years and Adolescents <15 years: 5 mg once daily and for the Adolescents ≥15 years: 10 mg once daily. – In patients with moderate to severe asthma: 10 mg once daily in the evening for adults and the dose for children 12 months to 5 years is: 4 mg once daily in the evening., dose for children 6 to 14 years: 5 mg once daily in the evening and the dose for children ≥15 years: 10 mg once daily in the evening. -Prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction: 10 mg ≥2 hours prior to exercise; limit to 1 dose every 24 hours for adults. Dose for Children ≥6 years and adolescents <15 years: Oral: 5 mg at least 2 hours prior to exercise, dose for adolescents ≥15 years: Tablet: Oral: 10 mg at least 2 hours prior to exercise.
