HOW TO USE

Take one capse once daily, before a meal.
Swallow the capse whole with water.
Do not chew or crush the capse.
If you have difficty swallowing the capse, you can open it and sprinkle the granes on a spoonf of applesauce or yogurt. Swallow immediately without chewing.
