HOW TO USE

Adts: The recommended dose is 8 mg injected intravenously (IV) or intramuscarly (IM) 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy or radiotherapy. This may be followed by a further 8 mg IV or IM 8 hours later, and then 8 mg orally twice daily for up to 5 days.
Children (aged 6 months and over): The recommended dose is 5 mg/m2 IV or IM 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy or radiotherapy. This may be followed by a further 5 mg/m2 IV or IM 8 hours later, and then 5 mg/m2 orally twice daily for up to 5 days.
